1. Operator

Kyodai AdLoop is operated by Kyodai Online Services LLC ("Kyodai").

2. Purpose of Kyodai AdLoop

Kyodai AdLoop supports Kyodai's digital advertising operations by connecting authorized internal workflows to the Google Ads API and related services. Depending on the authorized account and task, the tool may be used for keyword planning, campaign creation and management, reporting, optimization, targeting, advertising analysis, and related marketing activities.

3. Internal access only

Direct use of Kyodai AdLoop is restricted to authorized Kyodai employees and contractors. The application is not offered as a public SaaS service and is not intended for direct use by clients or the general public.

Clients may authorize Kyodai to access and manage their Google Ads accounts as part of contracted services. Such authorization does not provide the client with direct access to Kyodai AdLoop, Kyodai's developer token, OAuth credentials, or internal systems.

4. Authorized Google Ads access

Kyodai AdLoop may access only Google Ads accounts and information that the authenticated Google identity and Kyodai's Google Ads manager account are permitted to access.

Users of the internal tool must not attempt to access accounts, data, or functionality for which Kyodai has not received appropriate authorization.

5. Campaign actions

Kyodai AdLoop may support both read and write operations. Authorized Kyodai personnel are responsible for reviewing proposed account changes and using the tool consistently with client instructions, applicable agreements, Google Ads policies, and Kyodai procedures.

The AdLoop integration uses a preview and confirmation process for write operations. Nevertheless, authorized users remain responsible for confirming that proposed campaign changes are appropriate before applying them.

6. Third-party and open-source software

Kyodai AdLoop uses a self-hosted deployment of the open-source AdLoop project. AdLoop is a separate third-party software project. Its source code is available at https://github.com/kLOsk/adloop.

Google, Google Ads, Google Cloud, and related products and services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Kyodai AdLoop is not a Google product.

7. No public account or subscription

This website does not create a public Kyodai AdLoop user account, subscription, or license. Access to Kyodai advertising services is governed separately by the applicable agreement between Kyodai and the relevant client.

8. Security and prohibited use

Unauthorized access, credential sharing, circumvention of access controls, misuse of API credentials, or attempts to use Kyodai AdLoop outside approved business purposes are prohibited.

9. Informational website

The public pages at adloop.kyodaiagency.com are provided primarily to describe Kyodai AdLoop, its data practices, and the terms applicable to the internal tool. Kyodai may update this information as the application evolves.

10. Availability and changes

Kyodai may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue internal functionality at any time as operational, security, compliance, or business needs change.

11. Privacy

Information processed through Kyodai AdLoop is handled as described in the Kyodai AdLoop Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

Kyodai may update these Terms of Service when the tool, applicable services, or requirements change. The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated when revised terms are published.
