Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Kyodai Online Services LLC handles information processed through Kyodai AdLoop.
1. About Kyodai AdLoop
Kyodai AdLoop is operated by Kyodai Online Services LLC and is used by authorized Kyodai employees and contractors to research, manage, report on, and optimize Google Ads accounts that Kyodai is authorized to access.
The application uses a self-hosted deployment of the open-source AdLoop project and connects to Google services using Kyodai-controlled Google Cloud, OAuth, and Google Ads API credentials.
2. Information we may process
When an authorized Google Ads account is accessed through Kyodai AdLoop, the application may process information made available through the Google Ads API, including:
- Google Ads customer and account identifiers.
- Campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, and asset configuration.
- Performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and related reporting data.
- Search terms, keyword planning data, bid estimates, and historical search-volume information.
- Geographic, demographic, audience, language, budget, and bidding settings.
- Recommendations and other advertising information made available through authorized Google APIs.
The application may also process OAuth authorization information and tokens that are necessary to authenticate approved access to Google services.
3. How information is used
Information processed through Kyodai AdLoop is used for legitimate business purposes related to digital advertising and marketing services, including:
- Creating, managing, and optimizing authorized advertising campaigns.
- Performing keyword and market research.
- Preparing performance reports and marketing analysis.
- Reviewing advertising account configuration and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Supporting client engagements for which Kyodai has been authorized to manage or analyze advertising accounts.
- Maintaining security, troubleshooting errors, and monitoring the operation of the integration.
4. Google API data and Limited Use
Kyodai's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, where applicable.
Google user data obtained through authorized APIs is not used for unrelated advertising, is not sold, and is not transferred to third parties for independent marketing purposes.
5. Sharing of information
Kyodai does not sell Google Ads account data or OAuth authorization data.
Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary to operate the authorized service, comply with law, protect security, or provide contracted marketing services. Client reports and deliverables may contain advertising data from the client's own authorized account.
AdLoop is open-source software used as part of Kyodai's self-hosted technical environment. Kyodai does not grant the AdLoop project maintainers direct access to Kyodai's Google Ads API credentials solely because Kyodai uses the software.
6. Data storage and retention
Data may be processed in Kyodai-controlled systems and may be retained in reports, exports, business records, or operational logs when reasonably necessary for an authorized engagement, security, troubleshooting, legal obligations, or legitimate business recordkeeping.
Kyodai seeks to retain information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable obligations.
7. Security
Kyodai uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect Google credentials, OAuth tokens, and advertising data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
Access to Kyodai AdLoop is restricted to authorized Kyodai personnel with a legitimate business need. API credentials and authentication tokens are not intentionally disclosed to clients or the general public.
8. Authorization and access removal
Google account access depends on authorization granted through Google and the permissions available to the connected identity and Google Ads manager account. Access can be removed through the applicable Google account or advertising-account permissions.
A client may also contact Kyodai to request that Kyodai stop using the client's authorized advertising account through Kyodai AdLoop.
9. Data access, correction, and deletion requests
Requests concerning information maintained by Kyodai in connection with Kyodai AdLoop may be submitted using the contact information below. Kyodai will review requests consistent with applicable contractual, legal, security, and recordkeeping obligations.
10. Third-party services
Kyodai AdLoop interacts with Google services and uses the open-source AdLoop software. Google's handling of information within Google services is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policies.
11. Changes to this policy
Kyodai may update this Privacy Policy when the application, applicable services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
